Corny Animatics

I have a long, complex, and emotionally charged relationship with social media. I have wooed it, raged at it, and my best dances to charm it, and none of it has worked. (granted, I can’t dance for shit.) I am still learning/working on how to be good at posting, and I have certainly had some flops. I WAS NOT BUILT FOR SHORT-FORM VIDEO! Curse this flawed mortal world and its abysmal attention span. BUT I’m not going to give up, and I would love to share some of my favorite videos I’ve finished here with you. Some of them are kinda stupid, but I HAD FUN making them. I dare you to mock me. I am a nerd. I know.

In all honesty, even though social media is a really bad fit for me creatively, I still found a lot of inspiration on there. While I was exploring what exactly I wanted to do with my art, I did find a lot of things to enjoy about the stuff the artists on there were posting. As nerdy as they are, these videos were a lot of fun to make, and definitely inspired by the creative people that make many different social media platforms an interesting place to spend your time.

Also – all of these songs were originally made/posted with music – that I do not have license to use. So now they are silent. So sorry. Use your imagination. 😀 (Except for the lightning one! I made that one myself so be prepared for thunder lol)
